As the seawater lift pumps are necessary to keep the FPSO process plant in operation, requirements. Our pumps can be supplied with a condition monitoring system to provide early detection of issues and servicing.

 

Seawater lift pumps can be installed inside the hull in either:

 

  • Horizontal skid mounted
  • Vertical, electric motor driven with flexible coupling
  • Vertical, electric motor driven with cardan shaft (for retrofit in pump room)

Capacity: up to 6000 m3/h

 

Differential pressure: 50 - 100 mlc.

 

Material: Nickel-AL-Bronze or Super Duplex SS with single mechanical cartridge seals with flexible flush plan options

 

Advantages: Compact axially split casing design with double suction capabilities and low NPSH requirement
