State of the art design

Our design is especially distinguished by having the electric motor of the pump located outside the tank which eliminates excess heat and pressure. This ensures that energy loss is avoided.

Pump solutions for all vessel types

At Svanehoj our product range in deepwell gas pumps ensures suitability for almost all needs and we tailor gas pump solutions for all vessel types. Our pumps can handle all types of gas cargo at all temperatures and gravities without any component changes, including LPG, ammonia, ethane, ethylene and LNG.

We offer tailored gas pump solutions for:

Fully pressurised tankers, cargo at ambient temperature, tank pressure up to 18 bar.
Semi-refrigerated tankers, cargo liquified by cooling/pressure process down to -104°C.
Fully refrigerated atmospheric tankers, cargo cooled to saturation temperature (typically -104°C). F
Fully refrigerated LNG carriers and LNG Bunker Barges at (temp).

Booster Pump for lighter cargos

Our NMB Booster Pumps act as boosters that increase discharging pressure when offloading lighter cargos. It is designed for liquid gas and is installed on fully refrigerated carriers. The Booster Pump is also available in an in-line vertical version.

Capacity: 150 - 1000 m3/h
