12 new colleagues join Svanehøj
46-year-old Søren Kringelholt Nielsen comes from Hydra Tech Industries, where he has been the CEO since 2012. His experience also includes several years at Siemens Wind Power in roles including director of the global blade business. This means that an internationally experienced figure will be at the helm of Svanehøj Group from 1 March.

This means that Søren Kringelholt Nielsen has a solid basis for ensuring the realisation of Svanehøj Group’s ambitious strategy and growth plan under the new ownership. Svanehøj Group – a designer and manufacturer of specialised deepwell and in-line pumps for the marine and oil and gas industries – became an independent company in the autumn of 2018, when investment company Solix purchased what was then Wärtsilä Pumps from the Finnish Wärtsilä Group.
With the brands Svanehøj, Hamworthy Pumps, Eureka and Dolphin among the product offering, the new Svanehøj Group is already present in more than 100 markets globally. The agenda for the coming years is to continue international growth, and this is a task that the new CEO is looking forward to:

Svanehøj Group designs and manufactures specialised deep well and in-line pumps for vital applications in areas such as relief of liquefied gas, management of gas fuel, engine cooling, fire protection and scrubber technology.
Svanehøj Group employs approximately 300 employees in offices in Denmark, Singapore and the UK. The company manufactures the brands Svanehøj, Hamworthy Pumps, Eureka and Dolphin.
