New colleagues have joined Svanehoj

 

In recent months, Svanehoj has had the pleasure of welcoming several new colleagues across functions and locations. Meet the newest team members here.

 

André Jelstrup has joined Svanehoj as Production Manager in Denmark. André brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in international production environments, previously serving as Production Manager at Desmi and most recently as Head of Operations at Liftrup.

 

Camilla Kappel Dolmer has joined Svanehoj in Denmark as a Procurement Trainee. She is enrolled at Aalborg Business College, where she is studying to become a Procurement Assistant. Camilla will be part of Svanehoj for the next two years as part of her trainee program.

 

Johan Høyer started in August as Head of Project Management for Svanehoj Singapore (based in Denmark). Johan brings extensive experience from previous project management roles at Siemens Wind Power and Siemens Gamesa.

 

Kasper Als Pedersen has joined the Group IT-team. With a background in software engineering, Kasper will play a key role in developing Power BI reports and helping bring data closer to every department at Svanehoj.

 

Lau Emil Lønborg Madsen started on September 1 as a student worker in Operations. Lau is currently pursuing a master's degree in manufacturing technology at Aalborg University.

 

Line Sander Storgaard was welcomed back to Svanehoj on September 1, taking on a role as Project Coordinator for Svanehoj Singapore (based in Denmark). She has previously worked as Education Coordinator and Aftersales Supporter at Svanehoj and has now returned to the company.

 

Matias Ingerslev Lehm joined Svanehoj on September 1 as Head of Tendering, Energy. Matias has extensive experience in the maritime industry, most recently in a similar position at Desmi, and brings strong customer and market understanding to his new role in Svenstrup.

 

Sanne Lykkegaard Pedersen started in August as Junior Planner in the Planning and Logistics Team at Svanehoj Denmark. Since January 2025, Sanne has been an intern at Svanehoj, focusing on optimizing warehouse operations. She recently completed her studies as a Logistics Economist with excellent results, and her role will be shared between the Planning and Warehouse functions.

 

Willem Cornelis Dijkman started on September 1 as Head of Finance in the Netherlands. Willem is an experienced international Finance Director, coming from a role as Director of Finance at Elacin Internaitonal.
