10 new colleagues have joined Svanehøj
At Svanehøj, people are the most valuable asset in our efforts to power a better future. Recently, ten new, skilled professionals joined the Svanehøj teams around the world.
Frida Lunde Holmgaard has joined the Supply & Planning team in Denmark as our new Procurement Trainee. Frida is currently studying to become a Business Economist and is set to graduate in the summer of 2025.
Jeremy Tan has been appointed Regional Sales Manager as a part of the aftersales in-line pumps team in Singapore. He brings extensive experience from eight years at Carrier Transicold Pte Ltd., where he worked in parts sales, business development, and customer service management. Most recently, he oversaw aftersales across Southeast and South Asia.
Jesper Høgh has stepped into the role as Project Manager. He joins Svanehøj from Bobach Stålentreprise, where he spent 8.5 years as a Production Developer. Jesper holds an AP degree in Production Technology.
Kristian Eis has assumed the position of Engineering and R&D Director at Svanehøj Singapore. With significant experience from key roles at Serman & Tipsmark and seven years at Desmi as Global Director of R&D and Products, Kristian brings a wealth of expertise to his new position at Svanehøj.
Lasse Dyrby Rothmann has been appointed Business Process Manager, tasked with maintaining and developing Svanehøj’s integrated management system, IPW. Lasse joins Svanehøj from a position as QEHS Manager at the kitchen manufacturer JKE Design. He has a background as a Sergeant in the Engineering Regiment of the Danish Military and holds a bachelor’s degree in Product Development and Technical Integration.
Mathias Vinther has joined our QC team as a Quality Control Technician. Mathias is a trained Metalsmith and an AP Graduate in Production Technology.
Morten Brandborg has been appointed as Service & Aftersales Director. He brings extensive management and sales experience from companies such as Wärtsilä, ABB, Hydratech, and Desmi. Most recently, Morten led a successful turnaround as CEO of Green Instruments. Morten Brandborg will join Svanehøj on November 1st, marking his return to our HQ in Svenstrup, Aalborg, where he previously worked as Sales Manager and Sales Director at the former Wärtsilä Svanehøj from 2012 to late 2018.
Stephanie Jia Hui Tan has been appointed as HR Business Partner at Svanehøj Singapore. She is IHRP-certified with over 10 years of HR experience from working in the oil and gas sector and, more recently, in the aerospace industry.
Trine Høy Oddershede has assumed the role of Project Manager. She holds a master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering, specializing in Thermal Energy and Process. Trine previously worked as a Project Engineer at Nature Energy.
Vincent Joly has taken on the role of Sales Manager, Terminals, with a focus on aftersales services and spare parts for gas storage terminals, especially tank gauging systems and submerged pumps. Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in Robot Technology Engineering and has previously worked in aftersales roles at Desmi and Carsoe. While his main location is our head office in Aalborg, Denmark, he will also be working in the field and from our subsidiary in Calais, France.
