15 new colleagues have joined Svanehøj
The year is off to a great start, and we have already had the pleasure of welcoming several new colleagues across the company. Meet our newest team members here.
Thomas Hauerslev Andersen joined the Svanehøj Singapore R&D team (based in Denmark) as Senior R&D Engineer on January 1, 2025. Thomas has a strong background in product development and teaching in hydrodynamics, most recently from a role at Grundfos.
Stephanie Rysholdt Lind Andersen joined Svanehøj as new HR Manager on February 1, 2025. Stephanie brings extensive experience in HR, with a strong focus on legal consulting and large-scale production. She joins us from a recent role as HR Manager at Desmi.
Louise Bisgaard joins our Group Controlling team as Business Controller as of February 6. With extensive experience in financial controlling, she joins us from Alfa Laval, where she managed financial controlling for PureBallast. Her expertise includes, among others, financial reporting, forecasting, and cross-departmental financial support.
Thomas Frydkjær has joined the Svanehøj Singapore R&D team (based in Denmark) as Senior R&D Engineer as of February 1, 2025. Thomas brings extensive experience in centrifugal pump applications, having worked as Technical Sales supporter and Application Manager at Desmi.
Andy Hald joined Svanehøj on 14 January as Senior Supervisor. With a background in service and repair of marine motors and generator facilities from Nordhavn Power Solutions, Andy brings valuable expertise to the team.
Morten Kjærsgaard Nielsen has stepped into the role as new team leader for the evening shift, bringing extensive experience in production management from companies such as Grundfos, Siemens, Sky-Watch, and DS Stålprofil.
Martin Slots Pedersen has joined the Svanehoj Singapore R&D team (based in Denmark) as R&D Engineer. Martin brings in-depth knowledge of hydrodynamic design and simulation from a similar role at Desmi.
Johan Zijlstra joined Svanehøj Denmark as Supply Chain Planning Manager on February 3, 2025. With a wealth of experience from Danish Crown in Supply Chain Excellence across various roles, he most recently served as Supply Chain Manager at Agrana in Austria.
Moverover, we have also welcomed new colleagues in our production in Denmark: Christoffer Firring Andersen, Helene Flensborg Glundholt, Arne Kristensen, Dunstan Karunainathan, Jesper Boalth, Rene Brink Christensen, and Stella Gjødvad Jensen.
